(FILES) A picture taken on October 25, 2011 in Oradour-sur-Glane shows Robert Hebras, 86, a survivor of the village massacre posing next to the place he was shot. On June 10, 1944, a detachment of the SS Das Reich division were ordered to destroy the village and all of its inhabitants, killing 642 persons. The French Supreme Court will focuse on September 17, 2013, on the appeal of Robert Hebras, one of the two survivors of the massacre of Oradour-sur-Glane in 1944, against his conviction for having doubts about the nature of the forced recruitment of "despite us" in the Nazi army.
