ZAMBIA-POLITICS-FILES
(FILES) -- A file photo taken on August 25, 2013 shows Zambia’s President Michael Sata addressing United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) delegates at Victoria Fall hotel during the official opening of the general assembly. Sata threatened to dissolve parliament and prompt fresh elections on September 16, 2013, accusing ministers of failing to defend his government from opposition attacks. Sata's two-year-old administration has come under fire for having too many cabinet ministers, who, critics say, are cronies of the president and not servants of the nation. AFP PHOTO/JOSEPH MWENDA
