Mexican tourists arrive to the Mexican Air Force headquarters for help to return home after being trapped by heavy rains in Acapulco, State of Guerrero, Mexico on September 16, 2013. Hurricane Ingrid weakened to tropical storm strength as it made landfall on the northeastern coast in the morning while the Pacific coast was reeling from the remnants of Tropical Storm Manuel, which dissipated after striking on the eve.
