A photo taken on on August 28, 2013 shows an annex of the Bobigny tribunal with a courtroom that should open at the end of the year to judge illegal immigrants near Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport in Roissy-en-France, north of Paris. Another hearing room in Le Mesnil-Amelot's detention center also near Roissy airport should become operational in September. The two courtrooms, which cost 2,7 million euros, were built to reduce transferring illegal immigrants toward other tribunals and lower judicial fees for illegal immigrants.
