Ken(R) and Ida Dancyger, both Holocaust survivors, are sworn in as the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) conducts a ceremony for 75 people at The New York Public Library September, 17 2013 in New York. This event is part of USCIS’ annual celebration of Citizenship Day and Constitution Day. More than 18,000 people will become US citizens during approximately 180 naturalization ceremonies across the country from September 16 -23. Mr. Dancyger was born at Bergen-Belsen Concentration camp just before its liberation in 1945. His wife was born in exile in Siberia during the Holocaust. AFP PHOTO / TIMOTHY CLARY
