Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (R) is briefed about an advanced liquid processing system (ALPS) water treatment facility by Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant chief Akiro Ono (3rd R) during his tour to the tsunami-crippled Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant in Okuma, Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan on September 19, 2013.
