ARLINGTON, VA - SEPTEMBER 23: An Air Force Honor Guard team carries the casket of USAF Major James E. Sizemore during a joint burial service with USAF Major Howard V. Andre at Arlington National Cemetery September 23, 2013 in Arlington, Virginia. Sizemore and Andre were shot down over Xiangkhoang Province, Laos on July 8, 1969 while flying a night reconnaissance mission in A-26 Invader aircraft.
