SPAIN-ECONOMY-BUDGET
Spanish Minister of Economy & Competitiveness Luis de Guindos holds a press conference at La Moncloa Palace in Madrid on September 27, 2013 during the announcement of the Spanish government's budget. The government raised its outlook for growth next year from an earlier forecast of 0.5 percent.
