IRAQ-KURD-VOTE-RESULTS
Sarbast Mustafa, Head of the Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq (IHEC) announces the final results of the legislative elections of the autonomous Kurdish region's parliamentary polls, in the capital of the region Arbil, on October 2, 2013.
