FRANCE-LITERATURE-ASTERIX
French cartoonist and author Albert Uderzo, coauthor with French Rene Goscinny, of the popular comic book Asterix, poses after a press conference in Paris on October 2, 2013 for the release of the album "Asterix chez les Pictes" (Asterix and the Picts) relating the adventures of Asterix (Obelix, the second major character of the series, foreground), a diminutive moustachioed warrior battling the Roman occupation of his native Gaul, or ancient France. it is the first time Uderzo does not participate in the creation of the album.
