HONG KONG-CRIME-CONSERVATION-IVORY
Ivory tusks are displayed by the Hong Kong Customs in Hong Kong on October 3, 2013. According to Hong Kong authorities, the customs conducted a series of anti-smuggling operations since late September, seizing a total of 189 ivory tusks weighing about 769 kilogrammes with a total value of about 11.53 million HKD (1.48 million USD), found in three containers arriving from the Ivory Coast declared as containing "Soya".
