FRANCE-CONSTITUTION-ANNIVERSARY
French Resident Francois Hollande (R) and President of the French Constitutional Council Jean-Louis Debre (L) arrive at the French Constitutional Council's headquarters on October 3, 2013, in Paris, to take part in a ceremony celebrating the 55th anniversary of the French 5th Republic. Ministers of the French government and about 200 former ministers are expected to attend the ceremony celebrating the constitution written by Michel Debre especially for Charles de Gaulle in 1958 but still in force in 2013.
