CUBA-COLOMBIA-FARC-PEACE TALKS
Former Colombian vice president Humberto de la Calle (2-L), the lead negotiator for Bogota in the peace talks between the government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP), arrive with others members of the delegation Sergio Jaramilla (L), General Jorge Enrique Mora (2-R) and Fank Pearl (R) at the Convention Palace in Havana on October 3, 2013, to begin a new round of meetings with the FARC-EP delegation. The Colombian government resumed peace talks with leftist rebels Thursday in a renewed bid to end nearly half a century of armed conflict.
