Senegalese rapper "Pacotille" speaks on October 14, 2013 in Dakar during a press conference to present his new title "pour la verite, la justice, l'equite, la democratie et la Teranga" (For truth, Justice, fairness, Democratie and Teranga), a song to support Chad's former dictator Hissene Habre who is facing accusations of war crimes, crimes against humanity and torture during his brutal rule between 1982 and 1990.
