Children fill up bottles with water from a tank in the town of San Luis Talpa, 39 km south of San Salvador, El Salvador on September 26, 2013. People refuse to drink water from their wells under suspicion they could contaminated with agrochemicals from an abandoned plant and cause chronic kidney disease.
