A members of the Technical Investigation Unit (CTI) recovers documents from the rubble, following the collapse --on October 12-- of a building in Medellin, Antioquia department, Colombia on October 15, 2013. Nine people were still believed trapped in the ruins of the newly built 22-story building, which gave way Saturday. The search for survivors was hampered by heavy rains, but Medellin's acting mayor Claudia Restrepo said rescue efforts would resume on the eve albeit without heavy machinery due to an unstable adjacent building.
