BELGIUM-POLITICS-ROYAL
King Philippe - Filip of Belgium is welcomed by people during the 'Joyous Entry - Blijde Intrede - Joyeuse Entree' of the monarchs to present themselves to the public in the different provincial capitals, on October 16, 2013 in Gent. East Flanders is the eighth province visited by the Royal couple since the king's enthronment. The placard reads : "Death to Belgium", a slogan used by Flemish far-right political group Vlaams Belang.
