The first victim was identified yesterday while ten people are still believed trapped in the ruins of the newly built 22-story building, which gave way Saturday. The apartment building, one of several in a complex in the El Poblado municipality southwest of Medellin, had been evacuated after inspectors warned of a risk of collapse.
