Didier Bellens, CEO of Belgacom, speaks during a session of the Chamber Commission Infrastructure at the federal parliament in Brussels on October 17, 2013. The Commission is discussing the sale of the 'Stro - Paille' Belgacom building located in the Strostraat - Rue de la Paille in Brussels.
