Norwegian far-right activist Kristian Vikernes (C) walks in a street after the hearing of his trial for inciting racial hatred and glorifying war crimes in some of his writings on the internet on October 17, 2013 at Paris courthouse. Arrested by French authorities in July on suspicion of planning a terrorist act, he was later released as authorities later conceded there was no specific plot.
