FRANCE-POLICE-TRIAL
Guilene, who is on trial for having bitten a police officer during an altercation following a police control, arrives at the court house of Tours on October 22, 2013. The incident occured on August 18, 2013 after police stopped a car to perform a breathalyzer on the driver who did not comply resulting into a violent altercation between the police and the car's passengers. A local resident filmed the scene showing a police officer beating a woman with a baton and spraying tear gas directly into her face. AFP PHOTO/ ALAIN JOCARD
