GERMANY-POLITICS-MINISTERS
German Chancellor Angela Merkel (L), German Economy Minister Philipp Roesler (2nd L), and German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle (2nd R) arrive to receive their certificates of discharge by German President Joachim Gauck (R) at the Bellevue presidential palace on October 22, 2013 in Berlin following the first sitting of the Bundestag, the lower house of parliament, after the September general elections.
