RUGBYU-ARGENTINA-PHELAN-RESIGNATION
The coach of the Argentine national rugby team Los Pumas, Santiago Phelan, speaks during a press conference in which he announced his resignation to the post, at the headquarters of the UAR (Argentine Rugby Union) in Martinez, Buenos Aires, on October 22, 2013. Phelan, who had been widely expected to step down when his contract came to an end in December, resigned as coach of the Argentinian rugby team with immediate effect on Monday ending a five year spell in charge.
