(FILES) A file photo taken on November 19, 2012 shows a Congolese Armed Forces tank driving through the eastern city of the Democratic Republic of the Congo city of Goma following a sound of shell fire and gunshots. Fighting resumed on October 25, 2013 between the army and rebels, just days after peace talks were suspended. Clashes took place some 25 kms (16 miles) to the north of Goma, rebel spokesman Vianney Kazarama said. Both sides accused each other of starting the fresh outbreak of fighting.
