Czech billionaire, Andrej Babis , leader of 'ANO' movement ('YES') addresses the media in Prague, after polling stations officially closed on October 26, 2013, the second day of the early general elections. The Social Democrats (CSSD) scored 21.30 percent, ahead of the surprise populist newcomer ANO movement of billionaire Andrej Babis with 18.71 percent and the Communists with15.66 percent.
