FRANCE-WILDLIFE-INCIDENT-SHARKS
A couple stands on the beach near a sign reading "Caution Sharks" in Etang-Sale, a region of the La Reunion island French territory on October 27, 2013 a day after a 24-year-old man was attacked by a shark. The young man had his leg severed in the attack as he swam fifteen meters away from the shoreline. The latest attack follows a string of shark attacks on the island in recent years.
