PERU-BULLFIGHTING-BAN

The municipality of Concepcion banned bullfighting as it declared itself as the first "anti-bullfighting city" in Peru. According to Concepcion's Mayor Jesus Chipana, the 20,000 square meter site will be occupied by a convention centre, sports facilities and a stage for horse shows.
