(FILES) This file video image, taken by Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) on May 7, 2011, shows the spent fuel pool of the unit four reactor building at TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant at Okuma town in Fukushima prefecture. TEPCO will begin removing fuel rods from a pool inside unit four reactor building at the tsunami-hit plant, in a technically-challenging operation that will test the utility's metal after months of set-backs and glitches.
