BELGIUM-CHAMBER-COMMISSION
The secretary-general of the state-owned Belgian telecom giant Belgacom Dirk Lybaert (L), Belgacom board chairman Stefaan De Clerck (C) and the chairman of the Belgacom Audit committee Pierre-Alain De Smedt talk on November 6, 2013 during a session of the Chamber Commission Infrastructure at the federal parliament in Brussels. The Commission is discussing the sale of the Stro - Paille Belgacom building located in the Strostraat - Rue de la Paille in Brussels. A possible conflict of interest has risen as Belgacom chief executive officer Didier Bellens is also a member of the board of Immobel, the potential buyer of the building.
