Police stand guard as workers of Spanish electrical appliance makers Fagor and Edesa protest outside the Basque regional parliament hours before a meeting between representatives of its parent company Mondragon and the Basque regional government, on November 6, 2013 in the northern Spanish Basque city of Vitoria. Heavily indebted Spanish electrical appliance maker Fagor, employing 5,700 people worldwide, will file for bankruptcy, Industry Minister Jose Manuel Soria said today.
