China's trade surplus fell 3.3 percent year on year to $31.1 billion in October, figures released by the General Administration of Customs showed on November 8, 2013 with exports rising 5.6 percent year on year to $185.4 billion, while imports were up 7.6 percent at $154.3 billion, the General Administration of Customs said in a statement.
