Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo presents a million dollar swimsuit during the 2013 Miss Universe competition in Moscow on November 9, 2013. Gabriela Isler, a 25-year-old Venezuelan television presenter, was crowned Miss Universe in Moscow in a glittering ceremony.
