This handout picture received from the Ministry of Defence on November 12, 2013 shows The Royal Navy warship HMS Daring which has been sent to assist the Philippines after the country suffered crippling devastation during Typhoon Haiyan. Britain will send a ship and transporter plane to the Philippines to help relief operations following Super Typhoon Haiyan, Prime Minister David Cameron announced. HMS Daring, a destroyer, will sail "at full speed" from its current deployment in Singapore, and will be joined by a Royal Air Force C-17 transporter plane, Cameron announced during a speech to business leaders in the City of London.
