BELGIUM-EU-FOREIGN AFFAIRS
High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton (L) speaks with Austrian Foreign minister Michael Spindelegger prior to a EU Foreign Affairs Council on November 18, 2013 at the EU Headquarters in Brussels. The Council will take stock of the preparations for the upcoming Vilnius summit between the EU and its Eastern partners.
