This November 17, 2013 US Navy handout image shows a Navy helicopter crewman taking supplies from an SH-60B Sea Hawk from the "Scorpions" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 49, Detachment 6, assigned to the Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63), and giving them to a disaster victim in Tacloban, Philippines in support of Operation Damayan.
