US Navy personnel arrange relief goods to be delivered to typhoon survivors on board the USS George washinton aircraft carrier on November 18, 2013. The message spelt out in giant letters on the ground outside the remote, typhoon-shattered Philippine village was clear enough: "Help Us. We Need Food".
