FRANCE-TRANSPORT-ECO-TAX
A truck drives on November 20, 2013 past an "Eco tax" roadside goods vehicle tax toll collection device, which was set on fire by opponents overnight on November 16 and 17, near Lamotte-Warfusee, northern France. France has decided after violent protests to suspend the eco tax, which was to take effect on January 1, 2014.
