AUSTRALIA-ANIMAL-SHARK
This photo taken on May 5, 2011 shows surfers (below) at Cowaramup Bay, close to Lefthanders Beach, where a young man was killed in a suspected shark attack on November 23, 2013, in the south-west region of Western Australia. Police were called early on November 23 to Lefthanders Beach just behind Cowaramup Bay, about 270 kilometres south of Perth, to attend to a shark attack and found the male dead at the scene. The Department of Fisheries have closed a number of local beaches as a result of the death, with the main Gracetown beach on Cowaramup bay also closed. AFP PHOTO / Greg WOOD
