LATVIA-ACCIDENT
People lay down flowers and candles during a Minute of Silence held at the Maxima supermarket site in Riga on November 25, 2013, four days after the roof of the building caved in on shoppers. The small Baltic state of two million are grieving over the tragedy, Europe's third worst roof disaster in 30 years.
