LATVIA-ACCIDENT
Latvian President Andris Berzins lays flowers during a minute of silence held at the Maxima supermarket site in Riga, Latvia on November 25, 2013, four days after the roof of the building caved in on shoppers. The small Baltic state of two million are grieving over the tragedy, Europe's third worst roof disaster in 30 years.
