French Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault (C) receives a government-commissioned report on Sunday work in France from Jean-Paul Bailly , former president of La Poste (L) next to French Minister for Handicraft, Tourism and Trade Sylvia Pinel (3R) and French Labour, Employment and Social Dialogue Michel Sapin (R) on December 2, 2013 at the Hotel Matignon in Paris. The report,expected to clarify which sectors will be allowed to do business on Sunday and under what conditions, calls for allowing city mayors to raise the number of Sundays a year shops can open.
