People look at painting by American painter James Abbott McNeill Whistler (1834-19030) "Arrangement in Grey and Black No.1", aka Whistler's Mother, ("Arrangement en gris et noir no.1, dit aussi La Mere de l' artiste), next to a sculpture by French sculptor Aristide Maillol (1861-1944) entitled "L'Action enchainee, monument a Augsute Blanqui - 1905" (Action in Chains, Monument to Augsute Blanqui - 1905), displayed in the exhibition "Clemenceau et les artistes modernes" (Clemenceau and modern artists) in the Historial de le Vendee museum in Les Lucs-sur-Boulogne, western France, on December 6, 2013.
