The Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee Thorbjoern Jagland (L) awards Ahmet Uzumcu (R), Director General of the Organisation for the Prohibiton of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), the 2013 Peace Nobel Prize at the Oslo City Hall on December 10, 2013.
