Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe arrives to bid farewell to South African former president Nelson Mandela lying in state at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on December 11, 2013. Nelson Mandela's flag-draped casket made a solemn journey through the streets of Pretoria Wednesday, arriving at the seat of South Africa's government where he will lie in state for three days.
