CENTRAFRICA-UNREST
TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY PATRICK FORT - Ex-Seleka soldiers wait in their base camp in Bangui, on December 11, 2013. France launched Operation Sangaris the week before after a day of attacks mainly targeting Muslims left nearly 400 people dead in Bangui, according to the French government. One former Seleka rebel, Adam Ali Mahamat, warned that "if the French stay, it will be genocide. (...) The French army has taken the side of the Christians and is leaving the Muslims behind."
