Chamber chairman Andre Flahaut addresses a speech in honour of Nelson Mandela at the start of a plenary session of the Chamber at the Federal Parliament in Brussels on December 12, 2013. Traditional Xhosa rites will accompany Nelson Mandela's burial in his boyhood home of Qunu on December 15, clan leaders say. Following a formal state send-off in the capital Pretoria, tradition will take centre stage in a ceremony to be attended by global leaders and specially invited guests.
