A thinly clad woman with messages written on her body stands on a fence near supporters of anticapitalist social movement Rodea El Congreso demonstrate outside the congress during a protest dubbed "Surround the congress" in Mardrid on December 14, 2013 demanding a change towards a, "genuine social democracy". Rodea El Congreso S25 is issued from Spain's protest group Indignados who over 2011 and 2012 demanded a radical change in Spanish politics, stating that they did not consider themselves represented by any traditional party nor favoured by the measures approved by politicians.
