Spanish Transport Minister Ana Pastor gives a press conference in Perpignan, southern France, on December 15, 2013, on the inaugural day of high speed train TGV line connecting France and Spain. The new rail line, jointly operated by French railway company SNCF and Spanish state railway company RENFE, was inaugurated on December 15 with several months delay, and will connect the French cities of Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and Toulouse to Barcelona in Spain.
