German Chancellor Angela Merkel (C) speaks with designated German Vice Chancellor, Economy and Energy Minister Sigmar Gabriel of the Social Democratic Party SPD (4thL), designated Transport Minister Alexander Dobrindt of the Christian Social Union CSU (2dL), her outgoing Chief of Staff Ronald Pofalla (L), and State Premier of Bavaria and leader of the CSU Horst Seehofer (R) during a vote session at the Bundestag (lower house of parliament) on December 17, 2013 in Berlin due to reelect her as Chancellor.
