NEW YORK, 16 JULY 2002 ------ This photo of a scale model of the 'Memorial Plaza' one of six possible plans to replace the destroyed World Trade Center, was released by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) in New York. 'Memorial Plaza' would feature an 8-acre open space and a free-standing tower at the northwest corner of the site.
